By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Using Our Website
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to improperly access or collect information from the website.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our Services where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business or customers.
2. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings and other factors.
Product availability is subject to change, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will be accepted when we send you confirmation that the order has been accepted.
We may need to cancel or decline an order in limited circumstances, including where:
- the product is no longer available;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
- we are unable to fulfil the order; or
- we reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently or unlawfully.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing address and shipping address, is accurate and complete.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).
Where applicable, taxes such as UK VAT are included in the displayed price.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped outside the UK, including to the United States and Canada, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
We may change prices, products or promotions from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to obvious errors.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will provide tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
If an order is delayed or fails to arrive, please contact us at info@ciesempre.com and we will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue.
Where applicable, your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Legislation.gov.uk
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return products, request refunds and cancel orders.
For UK customers buying online, you generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy. GOV.UK
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

You may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, unless permitted by law.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Any use of third-party websites or services is subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with that policy.
10. Website Availability and Information
We aim to keep our website and Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions or other information on the website.
Where an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide the option to cancel the affected order and receive a full refund.
11. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods and services.
We are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our obligations to you.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was made, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government action, civil unrest, interruptions to transport networks or failures of third-party services.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the website or engage in unlawful activity.
Any such action will not affect rights or obligations that arose before suspension or termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.
The most current version will always be available on this page.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or amended to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you in the country, state or province where you live.
Subject to any such mandatory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
